It is a great article as to; Why do meal replacements or protein shakes for breakfast work? Simply put it is all about increasing your metabolism and burning more calories than you consume.

Shakes are a great way to consume good nutrition, get a good source of protein, reduce your caloric intake, and are easy and convenient.

Good breakfast shakes are loaded with nutrition and protein and fit right into what Dr Oz is recommending on his recent article.
